Watched via: Amazon Prime Date: 06.14.20 Genre: Drama, History, Sport RE-watchability: 0 (out of 5) Commentary: This is one of those movies that require a unique combination to make the plot work: characters that are unbelievably stupid and lack any common sense. This describes virtually every character portrayed within. Dad, as per the usual, is the tool that won't believe his kids (for any reason), the kids have no common sense ("Let's not tell Dad his boss stole your camera and threatened us...for reasons. Instead, we'll break into his office to get the camera back and I'll do something stupid to get us caught! But we're cute so the audience will over look it! Yay!") and Winston, the Boss, is unbelievably stupid (why would you keep the camera with the evidence on it sitting on your desk and not destroy it?). Check out the writers, Terri Emerson and Marty Poole, on IMDb and see they have virtually no credits, except this drivel, this is probably why. And why would you title a movie "Bernie the Dolphin" when the dolphin is barely even involved in the plot? Y'all should be ashamed.
